What you need:
- 1 lb. Boneless Pork
- Sweet and Sour Sauce
- Corn Starch
- Bell Pepper
- White Onion
- Carrots (we don’t use IN the dish)
- Pineapple chunks
- Soy Sauce (optional: I’d recommend it if you have it)
Cut your veggies and stir into skillet with 1 cup sweet and sour sauce (I just eyeball it till everything is coated); simmer, covered 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add 1 cup pineapple chunks; heat through.

Serve with white rice and garnish with fresh carrots and an ice cold cherry 7-up. Perfect.
